Seven terraces overlooking the gulf
The Residence stands on the hill above Maratea, below the statue of Christ the Redeemer. Its 222 apartments are arranged in seven terraced rows, all facing the sea: Sassi, Dune, Raggi, Onde, Sabbie, Grotte and Scogli.
The apartments
Three layouts, on one or two levels, all with private entrance and a furnished terrace or patio.
From €500 per week. The rate depends on the period and the apartment type and includes the apartment equipped with kitchenware, utilities, initial and final cleaning, bed, bath and table linen, entertainment and the beach shuttle. Nothing else to pay on site, except the local tourist tax, if due, and a €100 per-stay supplement for a pet (one small pet only). A €150 security deposit is required on arrival and refunded at departure, less the cost of any damage.
2027 season: 29 May to 25 September, with weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.
